A couple of years ago, us folk here at ABPNI realised that the level of customer "care" from most broadband providers and computer stores
was below acceptable standards. Being customers ourselves, we were unhappy with the way that out-sourced call centres treated us. We also got the feeling that once we were out the door
of a computer store after making a purchase, that's it! They simply didn't care as much as they should have.
We wanted change. We wanted customers to be treated like people. We wanted others to feel comfortable using their computer knowing that personal help is close at hand.
Here at ABPNI, we aim to provide a personal service to all our customers. We don't want anyone to be afraid of computers anymore. After we provide our first class service, we don't stop caring. We are always here for you and your computer.
